ITINERARY

Day 1: Arusha/Moshi to Serengeti National Park

Your safari begins with an early departure from Arusha/Moshi, driving through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro highlands. Upon entering the Serengeti, you will enjoy a packed lunch before heading straight out for your first exciting game drive.

The endless plains of the Serengeti provide the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife. Expect to encounter elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, lions, zebras, and an array of bird species as you explore the central region of the park. After an afternoon filled with adventure, you will proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

As the sun brightens the vast savannah, the park becomes a beautiful scene of life and movement. After your game drive, you will begin a scenic journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through picturesque landscapes and Maasai communities. Upon arrival near the crater rim, you will check in, enjoy dinner, and rest as you prepare for the next day’s crater exploration.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Tour to Arusha/Moshi

After an early breakfast, descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most breathtaking wildlife sanctuaries on earth. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of animals, giving you the opportunity to spot the Big Five: lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard, and the rare black rhino.

Enjoy your game drive surrounded by lakes, forests, open grassland, and stunning scenery. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot inside the crater. After your exploration, you will ascend the crater walls and begin your return journey to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon with memories of a remarkable 3-day safari.
