This 2-day safari combines two of northern Tanzania’s most rewarding parks, offering an excellent blend of scenery, wildlife diversity, and photographic opportunities. Arusha National Park provides beautiful views of Mount Meru, lush forests, open grasslands, and the Momella Lakes, home to giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, colobus monkeys, and rich birdlife. Tarangire National Park complements the journey with its famous large elephant herds, impressive baobab trees, and open savannahs that support lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Day 1: Arusha/Moshi to Tarangire National Park

Day one begins with an early pick-up from Arusha/Moshi and a transfer to Tarangire National Park, where the entire day is dedicated to intensive game driving across the park’s rolling savannah and iconic landscape dominated by magnificent Baobab trees. The primary focus is tracking the park's key attraction, the massive herds of elephants, which are often seen congregating along the permanent waters of the Tarangire River, especially during the dry season, alongside large numbers of migratory wildlife, followed by a picnic lunch within the park and a final afternoon game drive before exiting and transferring to accommodation near Lake Manyara for the overnight stay.

DAY 2: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Manyara National Park, known for its lush groundwater forests, tree-climbing lions, and thousands of flamingos along the soda lake. Your game drive includes exploring the forest zone, open plains, and lakeshore, offering sightings of elephants, hippos, giraffes, monkeys, and diverse bird species. In the afternoon, you will begin your journey back to Arusha, marking the end of your memorable 2-day safari.
